Shipping and Delivery
In the unlikely event that your goods have been lost in transit, we are unable to refund or resend goods until our enquiries have been completed. This can take up to 30 working days.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form; Barbershop Beard will make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or, at their discretion, refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question, provided that you notify Barbershop Beard of the problem in writing at the address stated at the bottom of our Terms and conditions page or contact [email protected] within 7 working days of delivery of the goods.
Large International Orders.
Large international orders which exceed our flat rate shipping weights of up to 750grams, are subject to delivery via international courier. You can contact us at [email protected] to request a quote for delivery. Orders made via the website that exceed the flat rate shipping amount, may be cancelled at any time, however we will contact you (the customer) via email, to discuss and arrange your shipping options.
You may cancel your order within 7 working days after the date of delivery for a full refund* or exchange.
Customers wishing to cancel an order must notify us by email within the 7 working day period and goods must be sent back to us within 14 days. Your statutory rights are not affected. If you do cancel an order you must notify us in writing by emailing [email protected]
We do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit so we recommend that you return goods via recorded delivery if possible.
A full refund* would be made within 30 days from cancellation provided the goods are returned in their original condition.
Returns and Exchange Policies
We will only accept returns if the goods are unopened, unused and are in a resalable condition. By this we mean that all packaging and or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact. If this is not the case then the item cannot be returned. If the goods are faulty or damaged please contact us [email protected] and we will advise you on the next step.
Barbershop Beard will replace any faulty items with the same product, however if the product is no longer available, we’ll refund the original card used to make the purchase. Our returns policy is valid for 28 days from receipt of goods.
Credit card refunds will be to the card used for the original purchase. Allow at least 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your card statement.
Please wrap your return products in the same packaging in which you received it and enclose a brief explanatory note including your name, order no and reason for return.
If you are returning an item/items for any reason, other than an item being damaged or faulty, then the cost of shipping for the returned item is the customers responsibility.

When you pay via PayPal, Barbershop Beard is charged a transaction fee and a percentage of the total purchase amount. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and decide to return your item, (please see our full returns policy for further details) then the full amount will be refunded to you, minus the cost of any PayPal charges incurred by Barbershop Beard.
However, if you are returning an item due to a fault with the item, then these charges do not apply and you will be refunded the full amount of your initial purchase.
Refunds for items qualifying for free shipping and delivery.
Barbershop Beard often runs promotions offering Free Shipping and Delivery. If you receive your product(s) and decide to return them to us and as a result are no longer eligible to receive the offer; then you will be refunded the full amount, minus the cost of Postage and Packaging (Please see our postage and packaging charges for details). This does not apply to items that are damaged or at fault.

We often offer free Postage and Packaging for purchases over 25.00. If you spend over 25.00 and qualify for this promotion but decide that one of your items isn’t needed and subsequently send that item back to us, thus taking your initial spend to below the promotional offer amount, then you will no longer be eligible to receive the offer and so original cost of postage and packaging will be deducted from your total refundable amount.
This does not apply to items that are damaged or at fault.
WHOLE SALE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Wholesale orders are not eligible for our free shipping and delivery promotional offers. The shipping and delivery costs for wholesale orders are worked out on a sale by sale basis.
Orders for Delivery Outside the United Kingdom
The products specified on this website are suitable and approved for use for customers within the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man). Customers who choose to purchase items for usage and distribution to locations outside the United Kingdom do so at their own risk and have a personal responsibility regarding compliance with local laws.
If you order items for delivery outside the United Kingdom they may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied once the items reach the specified destination. You, the customer are responsible for any import duties incurred on your own purchases. Barbershop Beard have no prior warning on whether these charges may be incurred or what value they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Customs authorities may request personal information such as Social Security number when inspecting your parcel; failure to provide this information to Customs will result in the parcel being returned. In this instance we are unable to refund the cost of postage and packaging.
Please note that for items you order through our website, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the items are to be delivered. Some countries carry restrictions and prohibet certain items from import. Barbershop Beard cannot be held responsible for any item/items that are held or destroyed at customs in the customers country.
However we do our best to update our systems with a list of prohibited items and if we are aware of a certain countries policies with regards to such prohibeted items, we will contact the customer to advise them on what we know and give the option for a refund, minus any fees credit car/paypal fees incurred as part of the order process. Once again we suggest that you check your local customs offices rules and regulations to avoid any losses which may be incurred for those countires who’s policies are not yet on our systems..
Please note that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Barbershop Beard. cannot guarantee that your goods will arrive in the same condition that they were dispatched should they be subject to inspection.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.
